For high quality grilled steak frites, you can head to one of Paris’ brasseries that serves its meat with various optional sauces and chips. Champeaux is one of the restaurant famed for this dish. You can choose for your own beef, ‘cuisson’ (medium or rare), and sauce (Béarnaise or peppercorn).
Cocktail at Bar Hemingway
Inside The Ritz lies the city’s most notable bar that celebrates the life and work of Ernest Hemingway. You can choose their sublime cocktail that is mixed by Colin Field, a British barman, who operates the bar since 1994.
You can try their two signature cocktails – Serendipity and Clean Dirty Martini. The former has a combination of champagne, sugar, ice, and mixed calvados with fresh mint. The latter, on the other hand, offers a unique taste and is known for a frozen cube of olive juice at its center. The ingredients of Clean Dirty Martini doesn’t reveal by Field as he wants their guests to guess the other ingredients.
